El lugar es muy bueno, tienen excelentes facilidades. Mi papá tiene 6meses viviendo allí y esta feliz. Esta cerca de todo y de muy fácil acceso. Les hacen actividades que los mantienen entretenidos. El personal de mantenimiento es muy eficiente y siempre está al pendiente de las necesidades de los residentes al igual que el personal administrativo.

I've lived at Emerson Pines for 14 months. I was looking for a community-type living situation as I've never lived totally on my own before. I didn't know if I could live happily by myself. I purely stumbled onto the Emerson Pines website after searching Houston apartments for a while. It fit all of my needs. I needed my apartment to be close to work. Check. I needed it to be close to my church. Check. I needed it to be safe. Check. I needed it to be clean and quiet. Check. I needed my neighbors to be friendly. Check. I needed covered parking. Check. I needed my maintenance issues to be resolved quickly. Check. I could go on and on. I must add, too, that I love my apartment and love living in it by myself! My senior years are turning out to be some of the best of my life. A new adventure. Thank you, Celine, George, and all at "Emmy Pines." We are doing this thing, together. Bravo!I highly recommend Emerson Pines to anyone seeking independent/community living for ages 55+.

I have been living at Emerson Pines Apartment for a year and a half. I have not had any problems in my unit. The staff is excellent when you request they service for any reason.

I've lived in Emerson Pines for 15 months and moved out in January 2025. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience. My apartment was infested with German roaches, even after being pesticide several times. The elevators and laundry machines are often out of order. The swimming pool remained closed almost all summer; it opened in August.But the worst experience was when I was moving out. I communicated by email that I would like to move on Jan 31st. The office staff told me about a 30-day notice policy and informed that my last day would need to be February 3rd. I agreed and started to move my things slowly. To my surprise, when I arrived at the apartment on the evening of Jan 31st, the lock had been changed. The next morning, my daughter and I were allowed into the apartment, but all my remaining belongings were gone; had been stolen.The staff member who was accompanying us called his manager, Ana Esteves, and passed the phone to my daughter. The lady was very aggressive, asking if we had any photo proof there was anything inside, and saying they had locked the apartment because I had turned in the keys, which was a complete lie. We have the entire conversation recorded. Two days later, she changed her speech and tried to convince us that, although it's not written in the contract, they had the practice of locking the apartments at 5 pm on the last day, and saying she was not aware of her staff telling me to move on Feb 3rd. According to her, they threw all my belongings in the trash: a Dyson vacuum cleaner, an Antonio Melani winter coat carefully stored in a suit bag, silverware, among other valuable things. Ironically, the only thing they "were able to recover" from the trash was a broom and a half-full dish detergent. Seriously?!This was my very frustrating experience with Emerson Pines. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. The staff is confused and VERY untrustworthy.
